Who will process your personal data?

MXT DIGITAL will verify that the personal data contained in the voter ID you present, including your biometric data, matches the records held by the National Electoral Institute (INE).

No processing of personal data of minors

MXT DIGITAL does not collect personal data or information directly from minors. In the event that data related to minors is provided, we will assume that the person providing such data is the parent, legal guardian, or caretaker, who acknowledges having read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

For what purposes do we use your information?

MXT DIGITAL will process your personal data for the following primary and necessary purposes:

• Identifying and contacting you to follow up on the Services offered on the Site.
• Verifying and confirming your identity, including conducting verification processes using biometric data in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Conducting consultations, investigations, and reviews regarding complaints or claims.

• Contacting you through phone calls, sending communications via email, text messages, and other physical and/or electronic communication means, instant messaging services (WhatsApp, Telegram, among others that MXT DIGITAL considers appropriate). This is for contacting you to provide information about the Services we offer, informing you about any benefits you may have earned as a result of the same, and fulfilling any obligations you may have acquired with us.
• Determining the geographical area where you are located to offer you relevant content, promotions, or benefits for that area.

To which third parties can we transfer your information?

MXT DIGITAL, to fulfill the purposes described above, will transfer the necessary data to third parties, both national and foreign, involved in the provision of the products and/or services and payment methods requested by you, without requiring your consent.

MXT DIGITAL may transfer, without requiring your consent, the necessary personal data to competent authorities, both national and international, in legally prescribed cases, to any subsidiary, affiliated, related, controlled, controlling company, or under common control, which operate under privacy policies that comply with the applicable provisions, to fulfill the purposes indicated in this notice, as well as to the National Electoral Institute and third parties with whom we have entered into binding legal agreements to verify and validate the authenticity of the data and documents provided by the Data Subject and related to their identity. In the event that the operations you carry out with MXT DIGITAL are classified under the Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin as vulnerable activities, MXT DIGITAL may provide certain information about you without requiring your consent to the competent tax authorities to comply with the provisions of the Law.

How can you exercise your ARCO rights and/or revoke your consent?

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (hereinafter "ARCO Rights"), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your personal data by sending an email to the Data Protection Department of MXT DIGITAL at the email address soporte@mxt-digital.com.

Your request must be made using the ARCO Rights Request Form, which must be requested at the aforementioned email address. For the Data Protection Department of MXT DIGITAL to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must properly verify your identity, which requires completing all the fields indicated in the Form and attaching a copy of one of the valid official identifications listed therein. If the information provided is incorrect or insufficient, or if the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, our Data Protection Department may request you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it within five (5) business days following the receipt of the request. You will have ten (10) business days to respond to the request, starting from the day after you receive it. If no response is provided within this period, the corresponding request will be considered as not submitted. Our Data Protection Department will communicate the determination made within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if it is deemed appropriate, you may exercise it within the fifteen (15) business days following the communication of the response. We remind you that if you wish to delete your data, you must promote your cancellation right as described above. If your request for cancellation, opposition, or revocation is deemed appropriate, as applicable, your data will no longer be used for the purpose you requested, or it will be deleted from our systems in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation.
